Registration

Payment Policy: In order to qualify for the Early Bird rate, payment must be received before 11:59 PM on March 15, or cheques must be postmarked prior to March 15, 2024. If you register on or after March 16, you will be charged the regular rate. Please note if you register on or after March 31, 2024, you will be required to pay your registration fees by credit card at the time of registration. All registration fees MUST be paid prior to April 17 to attend the conference.

Cancellation Policy: Once you register for Contact, you will be granted a 72-hour Registration Grace Period and be eligible for a refund minus the TicketTailor fees (which consist of the payment processing fee and the service fee combined) if you decide to cancel. If you register after April 12, 2024, there will be no Registration Grace Period, and no refunds will be issued. No refunds will be issued within 10 days of the conference.

Group Cancellation: If a cancellation to a group conference registration order results in fewer than 3 delegates attending, the group discount no longer applies. This difference will be deducted before your refund is issued.

Delegate Substitution: Delegate substitutions are permissible. Please notify [email protected] if you intend to transfer your registration to another person. Supply that person’s name and contact information, including their email address. Please note no delegate substitutions will be permitted after April 12, 2024.

Privacy Policy: The Contact Conference Organizers and the SIEC respect your privacy and will protect your personal information. We will not rent, sell or trade your information. The information you provide will be used to keep you informed and up to date on the activities related to the Conference. SIEC or its designate may contact you about your conference registration.
