We understand that budgets may be tightened during this time, therefore we have reduced our conference rates for all participants.  Our group rate will be offered for 3 or more people provided that names are given at the time of registration. EARLY BIRD RATE is available until Wednesday, March 24, 2021.


  • Two live conference days (April 20-21, 2021) including 4 keynote speakers and 24 sessions
  • Access to approved recordings of the sessions will be available for three months post conference
  • Ability to network with delegates, speakers and exhibitors during the live conference days

Registration Policies

Payment Policy: In order to qualify for the Early Bird rate, payment must be received before 11:59PM on March 24th or cheques must be postmarked prior to March 24, 2021. If you register on or after March 25th, you will be charged the regular rate. Please note, if you register on or after April 7, 2021, you will be required to pay your registration fees by credit card at the time of registration. All registration fees MUST be paid prior to April 19, 2021 or access to the virtual conference may be denied.

Cancellation Policy: Once you register for Contact 2021, you will be granted a 72-hour “Registration Grace Period” and be eligible for a refund minus the Eventbrite fees (which consists of the payment processing fee and the service fee combined) if you decide to cancel. Please note, if you register after April 16, 2021 there will be no Registration Grace Period, and no refunds will be issued.

Due to the format of the virtual conference, no refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after the 72-hour grace period. If you are unable to attend for any reason, you will have access to all the session recordings following the conference for an extended period of time.

Group cancellation: If a cancellation to a group conference registration order results in fewer than 3 delegates attending, the group discount no longer applies and this difference will be deducted before your refund is issued.

Delegate Substitution: Delegate substitutions are permissible. Please notify us at admin@saskatooniec.ca if you intend to transfer your registration to another person. Supply us with that person’s name and contact information, including their email address. Please note, no delegate substitutions will be permitted after April 16, 2021.

Recording: As this is a virtual event, it is possible that you will be recorded as part of the proceedings (ie, asking a question of a speaker, etc.). By registering for Contact 2021, you consent to your video being taken and published by the Contact Conference organizers as part of event-related materials.

Privacy Policy: The Contact Conference Organizers and the Saskatoon Industry Education Council (SIEC) respect your privacy and will protect your personal information. We will not rent, sell or trade your information. The information you provide will be used to keep you informed and up to date on the activities related to the Conference. SIEC or its designate may contact you about your conference registration.
